Our luxurious, air conditioned, two storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located in the popular Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, Florida and the combination of the house and the brilliant Regal Palms Resort facilities will help you to unwind after a busy day in the Disney (or one of the many other) attractions.
Our House
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master en-suite bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and two twin bedrooms and full laundry facilities, as well as a parking area for two cars at the front of the house.
Regal Palms Resort
Regal Palms Resort is located next to the beautiful 18-hole par 72 golf course at Highlands Reserve and is approximately 8 miles from the main Walt Disney Parks. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are close by and there are many shops within a short driving distance.
Please note that the resort charges $20.00 per day plus 12% tax per house (e.g. not per person), but this will enable you to have unlimited access to all resort facilities. The resort fee is payable to the resort on arrival. Treatments at the beauty salon are at a charge.
The Regal Palms resort is a fantastic resort with:
- 2 acre tropical swimming complex with thermal heated pools (a new additional pool opened in January 2026), lazy river, water slide, jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room, sun loungers and tables with umbrellas, poolside tiki hut
- clubhouse with poolside restaurant and bar
- fitness centre
- beauty salon
- outside children play area and an indoor kids and arcade zone
- secure entrance gates
- “Dive in Movies” – watch a large movie screen from the pool/lazy river
A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within a 5 minutes drive.
