A minimum let of 4 nights is required.
Additional fees include a $100 cleaning fee, 12% Florida tax and a $17.50 (plus 12% tax) daily resort fee. The daily resort fee is payable per booking (and not per person) and payment is to be made to the resort on arrival. The resort fee will be reduced over the winter period for bookings of 30 days or longer (maximum of 3 x 30 days bookings).
Last minute bookings and longer lets (snowbirds) are welcome.
Payment is only accepted in US Dollars.
